Even if your order is only 1 pound it will be sent in a box that is rated for 65 pounds and it will be sealed by multiple strips of 3" wide fiberglass reinforced kraft tape that is rated for 60 pounds.

Your address label is printed directly from the information that you provided during checkout so the only way it could be sent to the wrong address is if you provide us with the wrong address.

On average they lose or damage about 1 out of every 2000 orders we send. It is up to you to decide if you want to risk having your order shipped without insurance. You will probably be fine but please don't come crying to us if the USPS loses or damages your uninsured package.
